Vaughn Cascade County Water & Sewer District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please include your service address with all payments.  To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address: 1161 6th Ave. We accept cash, cards, checks, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. Cash will only be accepted in person. Debit, Credit Card, or ACH payments

All of these methods can be set up as reoccurring. Call the office at406-964-8880 and leave a message and we will return your call to send you a link for payment via email. There is a 3% fee for Debit and Credit Cards. There is a 1% fee for ACH payments. All debit, credit card, and ACH payments are required to be enrolled in paperless billing and must have an active email address.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions, such as major banks, offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service through your bank's website. Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may charge a fee for the service. Payments can take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information. If you choose to set up auto payments via check through your bank, please allow 10 days for processing and mailing to avoid late fees.

By sending statements or invoices by email, your bill will be lowered by $1.00. Send a note with your next payment saying you want paperless billing and include your email address and we will set up emailed invoices for you. Or, you can print off the form below and return it to us via mail, drop box, or in person.
